Diamond Development’s primary focus is providing clients with a total-service approach to their real estate needs. We are a true “build-to-suit” development company. We specialize in locating, acquiring, designing, constructing, and then managing our developed properties. Diamond Development uses its acquisition, entitlement expertise, and market knowledge to locate and assemble property. Properties are planned to the tenant’s specifications and are then either built from the ground up, or are creatively renovated and revitalized, creating sleek, modern, turn-key workspaces.
